After discovering a few months ago (after literally a lifetime of avoidance) that I’m not allergic to seeds I have been trying to eat them more often. Freshly ground pepper to taste. In crock pot, add onions and mushrooms. Place uncooked chicken on top. Add the rest of the ingredients (except spaghetti squash).
