Game Changing Vegan Cottage Cheese. 1 350g package of organic extra firm tofu, rinsed, mashed well by hand with a pastry blender. 3 Tbsp plain coconut yogurt. 1 tsp fresh lemon juice. 1/2 tsp sea salt. 1 tsp garlic powder. 3/4 tsp onion powder. 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar.
