But I will update this recipe with pictures when I make it again. 1 medium Onion, diced. 6-oz Fresh Baby Spinach. 1clover of Fresh Garlic. 1/2 cup Egg beaters (liquid substitute). 1/2 cup all purpose flour. 1/2 tsp salt (may need more). 1 1/3 cups non fat milk. 1 Ball of Fresh Mozzarella Cheese. Preheat oven to 400F. 5 Pour quiche base into prepared pan.

Eating on a Budget. Tuesday, April 12, 2011. 1lb White or wheat pizza dough. 3-4 oz pesto sauce. 1 cup mozzarella cheese. 189; cup broccoli. Preheat the oven to 350 then l. Ightly flour the pizza pan and spread dough to the length of the pan. Put the dough into the oven for 3-5 minutes until the dough is no longer “doughy”. While the dough is in the oven, take time to cook the broccoli and cut down into smaller pieces. Take the crust and lift it off the pan to prevent the crust from sticking to the pan.
