För dig som gillar träning lika mycket som jag. Vill slå hål på 6 vanliga träningsmyter. 8 juni, 2016. Nu vill jag en gång för alla slå hål på dessa ”myter” som jag hör av och till i gymmet och har gjort i så många år att det är dags att en gång för alla ta kål på dem! 1 – ”Det enda sättet att gå ner i fettvikt är att köra massa cardio”. 2 – ”Man ser ut som en muskelknutte om man styrketränar”. 3 – ”Ät mindre så går du ner i vikt”. 4 – ”One method fits all”. Detta kan inte vara mer fel! Det gör det inte!

Inte för att jag är superaktiv på att blogga i vanliga fall, men nu har det varit dåligt till och med för att vara jag. Haft strul med bilen så jag har blivit expert på att hitta reservdelar till bra pris. Har ju inte kunnat montera dem själv.
