The Stoker Family: May 2013
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2013_05_01_archive.html
Thursday, May 30, 2013. For Memorial Day we headed up to Washington for a family reunion. It was a family reunion with all my mom's siblings and some of her cousins so there were some people there that I didn't really know very well. It was fun to meet some of my second cousins and to spend time with my Aunts and Uncles that I haven't seen in a long time. It was kind of loud when it was taking off, and as you can see Josh does not like loud noises. Melissa and Mike holding Elliot and Mason. There is some...

The Stoker Family: August 2014
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 25, 2014. I just want to state that I am currently NOT pregnant. I started this post several months ago and I finally decided that today I wanted to share it. I found out I was pregnant with Eli roughly a year ago. You see this pregnancy has been hard. Extremely hard. And it has hard on not only me but every member of my family. I would even go as far as to say this has been one of the hardest trials of my life. I was definitely excited for another child to come into our family. While phys...

The Stoker Family: April 2014
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 10, 2014. Anyway, I have to host 2 times and I did my first time this last week. The kids did great. Josh was super excited to be part of the big kid group and I hardly saw Annabelle she was so busy entertaining all the kids. All the kids eating lunch picnic style. Funny story about Isaac. And I will admit the kids were pretty much hilarious to listen to. They play this game where one kids says, "Hey, why is everyone looking at (fill in the blank with a kids name)". The Little Family :0].

The Stoker Family: February 2013

Tuesday, February 12, 2013. Decorating the Christmas Tree. I love Christmas time so much. There are just so many fun things to do as a family. It is so great to be able to share traditions with my children and watch them get excited about the same things that I used to get excited about. Annabelle carefully places each ornament. The crowning moment. Placing the star on the tree. I want to help too! And the best part? Every time they saw the tree, they maintained the same sense of delight and wonder.

The Stoker Family: December 2012
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2012_12_01_archive.html
Friday, December 7, 2012. And the catch up begins. So I was looking back at my blog today and I realized 2 things. One, I haven't wrote anything in a really long time and two there are some huge gaps in my writing. I like to pretend that I am going to make a book of this some day and so hopefully for my posterity, I can fill in some of the gaps over the next couple of days. We accepted the job offer late at night September the 6th. They wanted us to start in Ann Arbor, Michigan on September 17th. Finally...

The Stoker Family: February 2014
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2014_02_01_archive.html
Sunday, February 2, 2014. On this particular day he ran down the stairs and we had this conversation:. Quiet time was soo short! M: "That's great Josh. Did you take a nap? J: "No. I didn't even have time for that I was just laying there and then the timer turned green.". Clearly, this is the face of someone who did not. I often get a red hand print on my head while not napping. Another day, I went to go upstairs and was greeted by this sight. Saturday, February 1, 2014. First Day of Kindergarten. I reass...

Elder Justus Warner: Looking at the Gospel with an Eternal Perspective (Week 99)
http://elderjustuswarner.blogspot.com/2015/08/looking-at-gospel-with-eternal.html
Washington, Federal Way Mission 2013-2015. Monday, August 24, 2015. Looking at the Gospel with an Eternal Perspective (Week 99). Before I get into the topic I need to introduce my new companion, Elder Lowry. He's from Syracuse, Utah (not New York). He is very enthusiastic about the gospel which is contagious. So far he's been able to help me focus as I help him get to know the skills and the rules taught in the mission. Elder Downing and Elder Berkheimer are awesome! Elder Lowry and I got a call on Friday.

Elder Justus Warner: Harsh Realities (Week 101)
http://elderjustuswarner.blogspot.com/2015/09/harsh-realities.html
Washington, Federal Way Mission 2013-2015. Tuesday, September 8, 2015. Harsh Realities (Week 101). Yesterday I realized that I only have three weeks left. That means I have three emails (including this one) left to send. :( Things have been planned in the ward, like Stake Conference and Ward Conference, of which I will not be in Washington to be there. I also realized that two days ago, Sunday, was the last Fast Sunday of the mission. It's very interesting. Have a good and fabulous week! Transfer 13: Mar...

Elder Justus Warner: September 2015

Washington, Federal Way Mission 2013-2015. Monday, September 21, 2015. The Determining Factor (Week 103). Well, my time is at hand (to say the least). It's really been two years. I don't really know what to say other than my testimony, what I've learned serving the Lord full-time, and why serving a mission, both full-time and "life-time", is so important. I'll start with what I've learned serving a full-time mission. The importance of serving a mission, both full-time and "life-time" (for we who have tak...

The Stoker Family: June 2013
http://brandon-stoker-family.blogspot.com/2013_06_01_archive.html
Tuesday, June 4, 2013. Happy Birthday Josh.it's only a few months late. Josh is a fun kid. He likes to laugh and to make other people laugh. He is always coming up to me and telling me jokes. So for his birthday we played hard. All Day. Long. After Pump'it'Up we had lunch and quiet time. And then we were right back to playing again. The day before Josh's birthday we found this playhouse on craigslist for a great price. So he was very surprised to look at the window and see this in our backyard. We stayed...
