Saturday, March 27, 2010. I was really tired today but I needed to run. I had 5m to do and I wanted to give my best. I took some Rhodiola and holy smokes I couldn't sit down. It was a nice run and I'm not sleepy any more! My time was really slow 'cause my legs were sore from working out yesterday (55:19).
