It is a required course designed to give them hands-on experience in a quantity food setting. The lab is open for eight weeks in the Fall and Winter Semesters, Monday through Thursdays from 11:30 am - 1:10 pm (12:00 pm - 1:10 pm on Tuesdays). We ask that our customers make a reservation.
