Eat Right with Mary Lynn. Healthy cooking, eating, and weight management journal. Tuesday, January 25, 2011. Wowit's been a long time since I've been in here and updated! Duane and I have both lost about 50 pounds each! Now, I have to say, through the holidays we both gained a little back, but you know what? We are about back to where we left off the day before Thanksgiving! Laugh) Actually, I AM back to where I left off. :). Well, gotta head back out. Maybe I won't wait so long to update next time!
