Wednesday, February 18, 2009. On my way to new orleans. Sorry i haven't done much with this. Just opened langosta lounge iour new vacation cuisine spot on the asbury park boardwalk. We are heading to new orleans in march and want to experience all we can in a few days. We want to support the community in the way we support it at home. Eating out and tipping well. We also are interested in finding a true new orlean to show us around and give us a true experience from a local. Any thoughts send them my way.

Tuesday, March 17, 2009. Eatin my little heart out in the bayou. We just returned from a jam packed 4 day eating extravaganza. Well actually a little walkin mixed in or really a lot of walkin mixed in. New Orlean's isn't big on wayfaring but they sure are freindly and nice with directions. Southern hospitality exudes and made any shortcomings fine by me! Some of my top spot's. Great coffee and beingets and that's it - who needs anything else to start your day. Atchafaya - " something to do with swamps?
