Add these (blended) ingredients -. 1 dsp lemongrass (approx 2). 1 dsp ginger (approx 2inches). 1 dsp garlic (approx 1bulb). 2 dsp onions (approx 2 medium onions). 4 tbsp ground chilli. Water and let it cook for an hour. 2 cans of tomato puree (approx 140gm). 4 dsp soup powder (rempah sop). 1 tsp garam masala. 3 tsp MSG or rock sugar as substitute. 5 handful of fried onions. Continue cooking till meat is tender. Dsp : dessert spoon. 2 red kidney beans.
