My life as a mom and everything crazy in between ;). I have finally been able to make chicken popcorn that tastes similar to KFC’s, well, that’s my child’s statement and I take his word for it 🙂. Kids these days does not recognize any form of protein but the good old chicken. This recipe is very easy and you might even ask, is that it? Yes that’s all you need. Less than 10 ingredients, and you are done in 15 minutes. 1 pc chicken breast cut in small pieces. 1 egg, beaten. 1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs.

Liz and So Forth. Friday, May 24, 2013. When I was in my first trimester of pregnancy, I've been craving for my mom's Lechetin dessert (a Gelatin and Leche Flan in one). So I made a lechetin for myself. I've tried different recipes and failed. But this one works for me:. 183; 4-6 pcs of whole egg or 8 egg yolk. 183; 1 big can evaporated milk. 183; 1 can of water (using the can of the evaporated milk). 183; 3/4 can of sugar (using the can of the evaporated milk). 183; 1/4 tsp almond extract (optional).
