For His Children, Quito, Ecuador, July 25-August 1, 2015. Friday, July 31, 2015. Before heading to the airport, we shopped at a local artisan market in Quito to pick up some last minute souvenirs. We were all so happy to spend the day with Katie! Great friends of Jen opened up their mountaintop home to us and we were blessed with an amazing lunch prepared by them and enjoyed the magnificent views from their property. God is good all the time! View from a cathedral that we (some of us😉) climbed.

Saturday, July 12, 2014. Three posts in one day- yay! After we finished talking, we were able to purchase small gifts at the market. Everything we bought was made by the patients, and the proceeds go directly back to them to use as they wish. We then ate our last meal at Damien House, and then took part in a despedida, otherwise known as a farewell party. Sunday, 1 September 2013. My charity trip to Ecuador 2014. In July 2014 I will be visiting Ecuador on a charity expedition. I will be trekking through the Cotopaxi mountain range after spending a day in Quito, the capital. Following on from my trek I will be passing through the capital to the East where I will spend the rest of my trip.
