Sunday, June 12, 2011. After Jacki and Katie's trip, we wanted to go camping in the beautiful spring time weather! BUT we also wanted to do a bunch of other things, so we decided to have all the best parts of camping but stay at home. Saturday night we made a fire and enjoyed S'mores and Margaritas in our Alite camping chairs. The weather was nice (50s) but Alee was still a little cold.and decided that Ed's lap would be warmer. (Ed's lap which was in a tiny little chair.). Fire in our little fire pit.

Friday, October 29, 2010. Portland Weekend with Alee. This past weekend Ed and I packed up the car (with Alee) and headed to Portland to see Matt Insley's latest musical, Hearts Beating. Monday, July 26, 2010. This weekend consisted of our 2 favorite things: baking and mountain climbing! We decided to take it "easy" this weekend and not travel or camp anywhere in order to start cleaning the house for our August and September visitors. Saturday, January 15, 2011. To start off the long weekend we made plans to hike up Mt Stukel with our friends Mike and Laura. Stukel is not as challenging of a hike as Hogsback, but it's much longer! Starting out there was dense fog so we couldn't see too much in front of us. The beginning of the trail was an old mining road that's still used so it was fairly easy. Saturday, November 13, 2010. Diamond Lake and SNOW! Well, winter has definitely started in Oregon! Our first snow came in mid-October, but was gone quickly. Living the Good Life :). Thursday, July 23, 2015. We took the kids (back in June.I'm a little behind) to the petting zoo and pony rides and fair! They loved the animals. Kylie loved her pony ride and Alex couldn't get off fast enough. They weren't to sure of the big slide at first but once it was done they were super excited! Then we finished the day with a healthy dinner of corn dogs and elephant ears #parentsoftheyear. Loving these summer moments! We took the kids to open gym to try gymnastics, SUCCESS!
