Monday, May 3, 2010. EDU 651 Week 2. So far seems like a no brainer right? My experience over the last 15 years in online training is although people conceptually buy off on new ways of doing things, getting them to actually use something new is a different proposition all together. Particularly in a work environment, people gravitate towards what is familiar and what they perceive as "fast." They don't particularly want to learn anything new and change the way they have always done something.
