Tuesday, May 18, 2010. These girls were snapping shots to put in a magazine they were going to make. I think they were surprise shots taken by the "paparazzi". 0 notes to Amy. We are trellising our tomato plants on the left in the picture- we are also keeping them pruned back or we would have a jungle! Red peppers aren't growing very fast, but we have already used the cilantro and basil in our herb garden. Can't wait for salsa and pomodoro! We harvested veggies and lettuce on Sunday for a salad. Tuesday, November 23, 2010. Can I tell you I hated planting this garden in 100 degree heat. Summer garden was great when we planted in February. I grumbled for the few hours I was planting that Saturday, but Ben was out there all day. Everything is coming up beautifully. East garden- cucumbers, romaine, radishes, onions and garlic. NE garden- asparagus(still holding on), brussel sprouts, cauliflower, and a glimpse of our massive tomatillo bush(we are just about done with it). Evan- Harry Potter, again.

Monday, August 16, 2010. Our summer basically revolved around Jarom, Camille and Evan swimming at Brimhall. There were many kids from the neighborhood that were either in swim team or synchronized swimming- my kids loved it! Jarom's swim team started at 6:30am. We did hear some complaining, but I think Jarom really had a great time with his friends and had a since of accomplishment waking up so early to swim all those laps. It also helped him pass off his merit badge at scout camp. 3 notes to Amy. Evan l...

Friday, November 26, 2010. We made Enchiladas Verdes with the fruit from our plant and then dug it out! Evan lost one of his front teeth by hitting himself in the mouth and knocking it out while playing light sabers. It took us a little while to find the tooth on the cement. Then on Thanksgiving day- Thomas accidently hit Evan in the mouth while throwing a ball, his other front tooth became really loose and Evan pulled it out. Toothless for Christmas. Evan played basketball this season with some friends.
