I had to go to the hospital every day, Monday through Friday, at 8:30 am for 21 days straight and it’s finally over! I am so thankful to have that piece behind me. I am done with 5 more radiation treatments and one more chemo. One step closer to being done! I didn’t gain any weight this week! I had a few friends over on Monday to hang out. It is always fun to just sit and chat and drink wine. My Mom and the kids and I had a great time on our overnight to Frankenmuth last weekend.

A Mom of 3, one with Cri du Chat Syndrome, trying to make it all happen. March 26, 2018. This is way, way overdue…she turned 17 on February 20th! Seventeen is many things. It’s a smile a mile wide…. Big brown eyes that are almost always full of joy…. Teenage angst mixed with toddler tantrums…. Hugs and kisses and unstoppable love…. Ice skating and singing in the choir…. Making a real friend for the very first time…. Wanting to drive just like her brother…. My seventeen-year-old miracle is everything to me.
