Tuesday, November 11, 2014. Halloween and Pumpkin Lessons. We invited the infants to come and play in. Our cold spaghetti with us. It was a hit! She is putting together a three piece puzzle. I told her she had to get the kids dressed for Halloween. She is working on an apple puzzle. We are smelling the vinegar. The baking soda soaked gummy worms move in. The vinegar solution.so cool! Monday, March 18, 2013. The Shape of Me. During our week long celebration for Dr. Seuss we did. A project inspired by one of his books - The Shape of Me and Other Things. Friday, September 19, 2014. Our classroom is alive with the sound of music! The toddlers had a blast playing instruments and singing with our music teacher. We tried tambourines, tapping sticks, shakers, and drums. We marched around our room and clapped our hands. Music definitely gets us up and moving! Ohio Early Learning and Development Standards. Friday, May 10, 2013. He fell down and was so happy about it! Clean hands were needed to play in the mud. Mud is even better when you jump up and down in it. Keeping our balance was tricky. Our toddlers had been itching to play in this mud for weeks! Sowe made sure we had extra clothes for everyone then put on our boots and headed out to play. The toddlers were unsure about what they could do at first- looking to Sarah and I with faces that said 'I can play in this? Social and Emotional Development.
