Friday, February 17, 2012. The c family sneak peek. The week following Christmas, we had the pleasure of having some of our family in town for a visit. We always look forward to this time, and we always cherish it. The week we spent with them was . well, to be honest, interesting. We survived it. And, in retrospect, I don’t think I’d have had it any other way. This day, as we traipsed across our families’ land where our roots run deep - I felt as though my heart was fit to burst. It surely holds the title.

The comings and goings of the Parker/Meservy clan. Sunday, April 17, 2011. I sew, I sew, it's off to the stage I go. Was mostly uneventful as we continued to take care of JaNae and Jeremy's kids on weekdays and cook dinner for all of us. It's kind of nice to have more than just the 3 of us for dinner.and I am sure Jim and Jotty like it because I am actually cooking more! The big news was Brice's baptism! There were the occasional alterations and repairs but the kicker was two different NEW zippers broke!

Tuesday, October 16, 2012. I had the pleasure of meeting our friends’ new little girl a couple of weeks ago. Ella. And what a sweet soul she is. I’ve always loved newborn sessions - for obvious reasons - and this one did not disappoint. Miss Ella was a joy. From beginning to end. I have many new favorites: This series of momma and baby are among my most favorite ever. And the peaceful calm that settled over Ella’s room as we laid in a patch of sun atop her grandmother’s quilt . well. The Hutto Family OLD.
