Tuesday, May 02, 2006. Grafity becomes the art deco from most neighborhoods in New York City! I really think this reform is totally illogical because from the last two years more or less we have been fighting against the graffiti in our neighborhoods, especially in the Bronx. Wednesday, April 12, 2006. Spousal Notification and Intimate Partner Violence. Within the past 10-15 years spousal notification has had a profound impact on intimate partner violence and pregnancy. In a 1991 ruling on the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act, Judge Samuel Alito claimed that married women should be required to notify their husbands before having an abortion. I think it’s the opposite because you don’t want to treat your child in the way you were treated by your parents, if you were mistreated.
