We just finished our last event of the summer and I can honestly say I was excited to have the event season coming and I'm excited to see it over. I ain't as young as I used to be! Friday, April 10, 2015. I got to go to lunch with my sister and her two sweethearts today. Then we went for a walk. It was a nice relaxing day, and I didn't do anything for school! Probably the real reason, though, is that sometimes I catch myself being completely happy; and when I realize this I am overwhelmed with guilt and this hurts almost as much as the sadness, which prompts the sadness to take over once again. I can't believe she is big enough to go to a friend's house for her birthday- but I suppose Claire will have more fun playing with friends who don't have any mommy legs to hang on to. Thursday, August 12, 2010. I am going through some pretty crappy stuff this week. And although all of this "stuff" comes from something I did, and I am dealing with feelings of anger, "why me? And then I have. Brought to my attention. And I think again about how blessed I am- God loves me enough to make me Reagan's mom, David's wife, a sister, and a daughter. We have the opportunities to go on great vacations, live in a house in a great city, buy a great new car, etc. Not to mention we are healthy.
