Sunday, September 12, 2010. While in Amish Country last month we visited one of the many farm stands "Herschberger's". There was a delightful Amish man there cooking Kettle Corn and we got to chat with him for a while. He had a pretty unique rig set up to cook his corn. It was quite yummy too. Today the hubby and I got a hankerin' for Kettle Corn so we decided to make some. 1/4 cup cooking oil. 1/4 cup white sugar. 1/2 cup corn kernels.
