Ellie was a warm-hearted, creative and sensitive person; much loved by her family and her many friends. She lived for most of her life in Suffolk, but spent her last years in Leicester. She loved making music and art. In her last few years Ellie suffered from increasingly severe mental health problems, including episodes of self harm. When she was struggling, she often drew, painted and wrote to try to express and manage how she was feeling. She took her own life in 2006 when she was 21.

Where's My Rubber Chicken? Friday, 05 July 2013 19:25. Professional Headliner Jason John Whitehead topped the evening with tales of drunken debauchery, cultural differences between Canada and the UK, and comments about the subtle mood lighting of the venue. It was a great honour to have him perform at our very first show.The night was a tremendous success (despite several interruptions) and raised 270 for Ellie’s Fund. The Where’s My Rubber Chicken? The de-barbing took place at the Cineworld Christmas party (Ipswich) on 13th December 2010 in front of 70-80 staff in an atmosphere of great hilarity.
