On July 13, 2007, a tragic accident led to the premature passing of a wonderful little girl, Ellie Zaidel. . Although she was with us in this world for less than 2 years, Ellie was a source of joy and inspiration for all those who knew her. July 18, 2005 to July 13, 2007. Ellie's Fund, Inc. was created as a living tribute to our angel, Ellie Zaidel. Through the charitable work of Ellie's Fund, Ellie will forever touch the lives of countless others in need. . We exist to raise money for mental health care, an area which is all too frequently the poor relation when it comes to healthcare funding, and which is very often the first to be affected by funding cutbacks. Our core activity is the provision of funding for creative therapies, projects, workshops and courses for persons suffering from mental health difficulties.

Can put in with the skin or without. 4 Add in the hard boil eggs. 1 Add dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, salt , sugar and pepper together. 2 Add in 3 bowls of water or until cover the ingredients. 8 Add salt to taste.
