Brittany and I went sightseeing on Saturday and she showed me all of the pride’s of Nantes, namely the giant mechanical elephant. Nantes is famous for this elephant which can be ridden for 5 euro. Unfortunately it was too windy on Saturday and they weren’t letting people ride it. Peace, love, and pasta.

Tau Yew Bak ( Soya Sauce Pork Meat). 300g of Pork Belly. 2 Hard Boiled Egg. 12 cloves of garlic. 3 tablespoon Dark Soya Sauce. 3 tablespoon Light Soya Sauce. 1 Cut the Pork Belly into the shapes you like. 2 Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. 3 Crush the garlic. Can put in with the skin or without. 4 Add in the hard boil eggs. 1 Add dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, salt , sugar and pepper together. 2 Add in 3 bowls of water or until cover the ingredients. 8 Add salt to taste.
