The first time I used this herb/spice/root was in a tea form. I took the root I got from my local health store and brewed it. As I had become accustomed to, I added honey. Whoa! Big mistake. It was so sweet! And I like sweet tea let me tell you, but this was over the top! So now sometimes I use it to sweeten other teas.

Posted in Favorite Recipes. 3oz Wild Caught Salmon. 2 cups Organic Baby Spinach. 1 tbs Organic Virgin Coconut Oil. 1 cup of fresh dill, chopped. Juice of 1 organic lemon. Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Pink Himalayan Sea Salt or Celtic Sea Salt (to taste). Fresh ground black pepper (to taste). Rub salt and pepper on all sides of the salmon according to your taste.
