美麗的人生，由美麗開始每一天。。。 知足人生樂，無為天地寬！ 做這個花圖案，做到敏震，因為實在好幼，好難處理，而且好似編織極都唔完，要織好耐才做到一細小圖案！ 3花圖案對比，最幼係彩色，係用繡花線，同普通針縫紉線一樣幼！ 粉紅色的係size＃40號線，而黃色的係size＃20，最粗的，但花紋十分明顯，初學者較易掌握. 上圖可睇到單和雙線的差別。。。。 2條藍色的線，分別係size＃30和極幼繡花線，而黑色的係＃40， 粗幼清晰可見！ 單線唔會再玩了，實在難控制，一次過便算。。。。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom). Awesome Inc. 範本. 範本圖片由 tjasam.

美麗的人生，由美麗開始每一天。。。 知足人生樂，無為天地寬！ 直到今天，我已嘗試養了四瓶天然酵母，好失敗，全部沖去大海！ 有點打擊呢！或者。。。應該停一吓，再繼續罷！就好像我最近的健康和工作，. 都不約而同出了問題，真是事事不如意呢！！！ 這個饅頭係第二瓶提子乾酵母做的，那時餵食到了第三天，看它狀態麻麻，. 書話到這天可掉些，咁。。。我嘗試做饅頭，因為只需發一次。。。 首先混合好所有材料，拌至三光，便可，表面仍然係皺痕，好似月球表面。。。 第一次發30分鐘，後再搓揉，好快麵團便成光滑，不用搓出筋性。 分割和做型，我都無特別去做型，求其搓到球形便了事！ 第二次發到兩倍大，我以32度發了三個鐘。。。 又因為夜了，唔想等太耐，一於拎去蒸。。。 好開心哦。。。 佢地好聽話呢，快高長大，個個發到圓又圓。。。 因為我用金砂糖餵養，所以饅頭係淺金色。。。 口感～鬆軟，帶點點彈性，不是un； 糖放了好少，但係甜度十分出，. 可能係麵粉經過三天發酵，帶出了麵粉本身的甜味，也是天然酵母其中一個特性。。。 係咪好靚呀？合格嗎？全天然酵母，無添加。 這個是跟台灣的Carol做。。。 訂閱： 文章 (Atom).

Living in the Holy Land. Wednesday, September 26, 2012. Our week in Turkey was great! Sarah and I in the Hippodrome (Roman horse track) in Istanbul. Outside the Blue Mosque. Inside the Blue Mosque- The Turkish tile was so pretty! Entrance to Topkapi Palace-Disneyland anyone? Shopping at the Grand Bazaar- So many shops! Cruising along the Bosporus Strait- we could see both the Asian and European parts of Turkey. The food in Turkey was pretty good (besides an eggplant mush that made everyone sick). Wow So ...
