Saturday, February 7, 2015. When it snows.bake cookies. Last Sunday and Monday we had a big snowstorm. We ended up with about 13 inches of snow! This is what happens when you are cozy at home during a snowstorm. Chocolate Saltine Cracker Cookies. 1 1/2 - sleeves saltine crackers (approximately). 1 1/4 - cups unsalted butter, best to not use margarine. 1 1/4 - cup dark brown sugar. 1 - 12 oz package semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir often and bring to a full rolling boil. Boil the mixture for 3 minutes.
