Sunday, January 24, 2010. Is there anything better to do with stale bread than make bread pudding? Growing up I use to love when my mom made this special treat for me. It is so comforting and delicious right out of the oven. This was the first time I have made it and the top browned up nicely which gave a pleasant crunch I didn't remember from when my mom made it.
