Backsquat 165/7, 165/7, 165/5 15 pullups after each set. 15 Hang Power Snatch @ 45lbs. 5 Burpee Box Jumps. 3 rounds for time. 200m farmers walk w/ 45lb dumbells. 50 hanging knees to elbows.
