http://theprayingmama.blogspot.com/2013_11_01_archive.html
Thursday, November 21, 2013. New Lawyer in Town! David is graduating from Law School on December 14th. I'm so proud of him. Lots of prayer went into this. I've secured a flight and I'll be his biggest cheerleader @ that Law School. It seems like "Yesterday" when he graduated from A&M - (below). Good Job David! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm a believer in Jesus Christ who prays for my kids daily. I try to keep a little bit of humor in this crazy thing we call life! View my complete profile. Oh, Happy Day!

The Praying Mama: June 2009
http://theprayingmama.blogspot.com/2009_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 15, 2009. Not pictured this time Laura, the other gift presenter, (she was in Germany). Then I spent the night with Hel and Jay, (the camera was missing, so no pictures of Hel). Then the memories began with Hel and I shopping at our favorites, eating, laughing, and catching up on things. Just when I think my kids "can't top this one", they surprise me yet again! The best present ever, a ticket to.FLORIDA! God has truly blessed me with the best 3 kids alive! I just love, love, love, MY FAMILY!

Soul Friends: 10/20/08
http://jana-janasport.blogspot.com/2008_10_20_archive.html
Monday, October 20, 2008. Who thought of this game anyway? Maybe I have one answer for now, maybe 17 answers. Forgetting what I wanted (want), why I said yes, for how long it will be, what the sun looks like, etc. Not understanding how I am supposed to teach with ten thousand meetings to attend, and countless tests to give to the children, even before they've been taught the concepts. I wait every morning for them to walk into that classroom. Wondering did they have enough to eat last night?

Soul Friends: Embracing Accusation
http://jana-janasport.blogspot.com/2008/10/embracing-accusation.html
Tuesday, October 21, 2008. Why is it that music can speak to my heart and soul so quickly? Embracing Accusation (Shane and Shane). The Father of Lies coming to steal, kill, and destroy all my hopes of being good enough. I hear him saying, "cursed are the ones who can't abide," He's right. Halleluiah, he's right. The devil is preaching the song of the redeemed. That I am cursed and gone astray. I cannot gain salvation, embracing accusation. Could the Father of lies be telling the truth to me tonight?

Matt and Tiffany: September 2011
http://mattandtiffany.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Our Pictures from Europe. Its a bird, its a plane, its. Saturday, we got up way too early (for me) and went kayaking on Lake Grapevine. It was a beautiful morning and the temperature was perfect! My skinny hubby :). Off in search of ducks. The only problem with kayaking so early in the morning is you can't go east, or you'll be blinded! That really limits your options when the kayaking rentals are on the west side of the lake. I have paddles and know how to use them. Beware! After the museums, we watched...

Our Pictures from Europe. The endless (to-do) summer. The endless (to-do) summer. First off, sorry for the scatter-brainness of this lunchtime post. I have to squeeze stuff in when I can :). Where's the link that used to be here? I NEED that link! Matt's summer has been much busier than usual, too. For the majority of the summer, he had an internship downtown. He really enjoyed it, and commuting together wasn't too shabby. He also got some great news- he made Law Review! I'm so very, very proud of him!

Our Pictures from Europe. Stock Show and Rodeo. Saturday night, we attended the JLD Ball and had, well, a ball! Although I haven't completed my provisional (first) year in the League, the Ball was definitely one of the highlights. Everything was so lovely and there were so many details. It was just wonderful! This year's ball theme loosely translates to "the joy of living". The cocktail reception and silent auction area was decked out. Complete with living models. And yes, a train can get annoying on a d...
