Thursday, April 26, 2012. Last Friday we decided to live on the wild side and spontaneously adopted a cat and dog. We're sure we were guided in choosing these specific animals. They are mostly potty trained, respond great to our attention, and expanding our patience. Boomer (We felt Cuddles. Wasn't masculine enough for the guy). Cute boys at the party. This little guy did a really good job for his first hunt. After the birthday party, and naps, we had an egg hunt at our house with dear friends. M to the C.

Thursday, July 28, 2011. I met an amazing person during the race. (We are basically best friends now that we have spent more then four hours talking to each other). Wednesday, May 22, 2013. The Honeymoon, was awesome! We spent it on the Olympic Peninsula in the Quinault Lodge. We had originally planned three nights of camping and only two nights at the lodge but that was easily replaced by relaxing at home and an extra night at the lodge. Monday, November 28, 2011. Dressed for the snow. Aidan playing with Mamaw and Papaw. I loved seeing them all together this weekend. I guess I was too busy relaxing to take pictures because as I was looking for pictures I took I realized these are the only ones I have. Out on a walk. Obviously going the wrong way. Daniel's attempt to get Danagan and Aidan to keep up. Dashwood Manor- our Bed and Breakfast. Such a cool old house with lots of character! We had a great time exploring the Craigdarroch castle.

Friday, June 29, 2012. A three year old's cake! Another fun birthday cake for a friend. It turned out delicious. The '3' is chocolate fondant on top of butter cream, over a moist chocolate cake. I'm glad I get to make cakes and try some too. I'm getting better at gauging the time it takes to put them together and learning helpful tricks that come with practice. Grammers and little miss painting each others nails. These two are eight months apart and are the best of friends. Team effort to launch a rocket.
