May 13, 2015. So I’m finally actually getting this up and running. Realized I have literally 0 need for a dynamic site, though it was a fun exercise in wiring Markdown rendering into HAML. After a short stint at a previous client automating some incredibly unnecessary manual processes (literally copy-pasting old SQL scripts, changing variables and manually running them against the production DB) I’ve moved to a brand new project with a new client doing what will hopefully be some super impactful work improving their release process. I don’t think I made clear that I believe, think, feel that recognising our imperfection and striving to be authentic and continue the active process of becoming ourselves is the key to our ability to enjoy our lives to the fullest and express who we are with meaning and therefore satisfaction.
