Runnin' With the Schmidts. Monday, May 30, 2011. Having a Heart for Adoption. This is an extremely LONG post. If you're reading just to find out what's going on with the chili cook-off and silent auction, scroll to the bottom. Otherwise, don't say I didn't warn you! Not necessarily. Maybe it means becoming a missionary and serving at an orphanage caring for orphans. Maybe it means continuously being in prayer for adoptive families in their journeys. Or maybe it means financially partnering wi...I think I...

Runnin' With the Schmidts. Tuesday, April 26, 2011. Man, I can't believe it's here already. Four years old! My little boy is growing up so fast - it's almost sickening to think he'll be in kindergarten soon, then grade school, middle school, high school - AAHHHH! Okay, let's slow down and live in the moment! Oh, Will.my first born. To take a phrase from a friend - "You made me a momma! Such a sweet boy! I love his energy - the boy never stops! I love his servant heart. He gets that from his daddy....

Brockmeier Family: Tough Mudder 2013
http://anbrockmeier.blogspot.com/2013/08/tough-mudder-2013.html
Tuesday, August 20, 2013. This spring Aaron and some guys from church began training for the Tough Mudder. A 105 mile run with 19 obstacles throughout. The day finally arrived! The team with the kids that came to cheer them on. And they are off. The wives ran through the fields and woods to watch some of the action. And give water and energy packs when they needed it. Daddy asked if anyone wanted a hug:). So proud of Aaron! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). A Day in the Life. Life in the Hills.

http://jsberge.blogspot.com/2011/12/oh-joy.html
Play, Eat, Work, Sleep: The Berge Way. No rhyme or reason, only us. Monday, December 26, 2011. 2 weeks ago, Samuel John was born! T is a great big brother and somehow I love him more even while loving this perfect newborn. John and I have had wonderful help from our parents. I'm ok with the honeymoon lasting for as long as possible. Samuel was born in 12/12/11, sharing a birthday with Ole Tobias Berge (John's grandpa) and is the 12th grandchild on John's side of the family, 2nd on my side.

The Miller Times: September 2011
http://sdmiller.blogspot.com/2011_09_01_archive.html
Thursday, September 22, 2011. So, we haven't been so great about taking pictures so here are a couple of stories. 1 On Sunday, September 11, we went to the 1100am church service. So, when it came time for the Children's moment, she said "I can go by myself, mom." And she did! Derek and I were beaming! So sweet - such a big boy! Saturday, September 17, 2011. My not-so ...
