Although 20 seconds doesn't sound like much, that means much more than a few seconds on a workout to me. This is where the breakthrough came in. We only have so much time in our day, in our workout and in the time we spend with each other, we need to make it count! Just a few tools I use to push through and make it count! Monday, April 15, 2013. Changing your comfort food. To be 100% honest I really blew it this weekend with what I put into my body food and drink wise. I'm not going to sit here and preach that I am 100% only about eating clean all the time and I never have ANY cravings. We are human and we are going to want junk every once in awhile!
