How many Mackey's does it take to screw in a light bulb? Saturday morning I went to ask Joe something and found the whole family replacing the porch light that had burned out! Although it started out just Joe, Carter and Sophia soon followed! I just LOVED seeing them all on the same chair from the kitchen table. Look at how they watch his every move! Not Cute, COOL! Today Carter began correcting me every time I said that something about him was cute. I'd say to Joe or my Mom or to Carter how cute he was and he's say, "No not cute! He wasn't cute playing pretend with his toys he was, "Cool! His new spider man. Pajamas aren't cute they are, "Cool! I thought to myself, but he is too little to be cool. We spent some time in Flagstaff with our good friends, the Shermans. They invited us up to their cabin, as they have many times, and finally we were able to go for two, very short days. The weather was absolutely gorgeous. And we really didn't want to come back to the valley, at least not for a few more months! We had a picnic on the golf course by the pond. We played in the grass. Playing trains with Dad. Sophia and Joe were both having so much fun playing trains together. It was cute seeing how much they laughed at each other while they played. I gaurentee that if Sophia had an older sister for a sibling she wouldn't be wearing bug pajamas and playing trains! I love it though! I wouldn't have it any other way!
