Extra Lean Turkey Chili. 1 package of The Turkey Store Extra lean ground turkey. 3 cloves of garlic crushed. 2 15oz. cans of kidney beans. 1 28oz. can of diced tomatoes. 1 tsp chili powder. In a large stockpot, add 3 teaspoons of safflower oil. Add the onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 minutes. Next, add the ground turkey and cook until the turkey is no longer pink. Barbecue Sauce (Use low sugar sauce). 1/2 cup green bell pepper. 1 cup white onion. 1 cup sliced mushrooms. In a large bowl, combine turkey, egg whites and barbecue sauce to your liking. Mix well.
