Wednesday, February 18, 2015. I'm sitting in the lobby of the Methodist Hospital as I write this post. Dad is having a shoulder replacement done this morning. He has been in a lot of pain and Mayo's was able to get him in within a week. It has taken us all a little by surprise. Thursday, October 16, 2014. Not ready for the holidays just yet? I finished this off the other day. It's quick and can be done in a variety of ways. Noel" retails for $38.00. This rug is the 2nd project that my Aunt Mary has hooked. She drove 6 hrs to get another project so she is ready for the winter months. It is hooked to perfection and was beautifully finished. Tuesday, February 24, 2015. 3 Generations of Beginners. We taught a class on Saturday to a mother, daughter-in-law and granddaughter who is 6 soon to be 7 next month. We had such a fun day and they all picked up on it very quickly. It's very rewarding to teach someone the love of rug hooking. Thursday, March 23, 2017. Dork with a capital D. Such a gloomy windy day here today. We are awaiting the rain that is on it's way for the next 3 days. Ever have days where you get up and then things happen and you wish you would have stayed in bed? Well, my day seems to be going in that direction. Dork with a capital D. Our Sheep and other Fiber Animals. Welcome to Ewe and I Farm! Ewe and I Farm is located at 286 Arundel Rd., Kennebunkport, Maine. In the three decades of living here we have carved a sustainable farm from. 26 acres of mostly wooded terrain. Pasture renovation is an on-going chore. Our gardens produce much of our food throughout the season, with the hoop house growing well into December and then starting up again in early February.
