February 17, 2014. Now, I have never seen coconut oil in a soft or liquid state other than when I immerse the jar in a bowl of warm water or melt with the heat from my skin. This is due to the climate and house that I live in. However, there is an easy fix for it! Let me know what you think! UPDATE: March 17, 2014.
