Follow-up to Final Evaluation Project. When I was finished, I could see that evaluation is a big circle. You design something, and to see if it works you use it. You test the students to see what they’ve learned as part of a test of the program to see where it needs improvement. Then you repeat all of this again, in a constant attempt to improve any program. When you set your goals and objectives of what you are going to achieve by evaluating this program, you actually develop a series of questions which should be answered as you go forward in your evaluation process. Here is a video of a student on how he performed a problem analysis for his project. As a matter of fact, he pointed out some good aspects on how to identify your problems.
