When I first came back I was buying clothes in my old size because I felt the exact same so I was blazing a trail back to the shops most lunchtimes to bring back clothes, even now I’ll pick something up in my new size and say to myself….that’s never going to fit me….and it does. 8230;and trying to exercise with a hangover?

So the numbers….well, as and from today I lost 12lbs, 3.8% body fat…which equates to 6lbs of extra muscle gained, 3 inches off of my bust, 3 inches off of my stomach at my belly button and 4 inches off of my stomach at the widest part… Now, why am I disappointed?
