Well I am in week 4 of my training, 11 weeks left until the big race. So, it’s time to take a little break from the weights and let my body recover. This will allow me to come back stronger and refreshed. I have been reading the Lean Hybrid Muscle Reloaded. Body Weight Circuit (2-3 sets for time). Jumping Jacks 60 reps. Body Lunges 20 reps. High Knee Ups 50 reps.
