Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids. Wednesday, January 27, 2010. We have a winner! One thing that has seemed to slipped my mind with this quest of finding new foods that the kids will try (and possibly like) is the art of simplicity. I've been so focused on flavor for them that I've forgotten to focus on the simple. So this recipe is my own from what was in the pantry. 2 lg cloves garlic, finely chopped. 1/4 c good olive oil. 1-28oz can of imported Italian chef's cut or chopped canned tomatoes. I don'...

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids: If it was only as easy as an Easy Bake Oven

http://feedingthefinicky.blogspot.com/2010/01/if-it-was-only-as-easy-as-easy-bake.html

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids. Saturday, January 9, 2010. If it was only as easy as an Easy Bake Oven. Both girls received an Easy Bake Oven for Christmas this year. Having never had one myself as a kid, I was secretly excited about these. My practical side showed its head when I heard my mother's voice say "Why do you need that? Now, back to the cookbook and magazines. January 17, 2010 at 5:03 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). We have a winner! A Last Minute Cancellation.

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids: Out of Town Hubby = Slacker Mom

http://feedingthefinicky.blogspot.com/2010/01/out-of-town-hubby-slacker-mom.html

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids. Thursday, January 7, 2010. Out of Town Hubby = Slacker Mom. Well I've discovered a new level of excuses for not cooking. When my husband has a long business trip out of town, combined with sports practices/lessons, I get lazy. Very lazy. The idea of spending an hour in the kitchen to feed "just me and the girls" is about as appealing as giving birth. And the winner was. ME! Tomorrow will be a chicken dish of some sorts. Maybe from Barefoot Contessa. We have a winner!

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids: Julia Child didn't have kids in sports

http://feedingthefinicky.blogspot.com/2010/01/julia-child-didnt-have-kids-in-sports.html

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids. Monday, January 4, 2010. Julia Child didn't have kids in sports. It's really not. Wasn't difficult to do and turned out beautifully. The funny part was, it took me really thinking about the recipe for quite awhile before I realized that her version of a casserole dish was not a Pyrex 9x13 pan. Nope. It was a Le Creuset dutch oven, hence the instructions to "cover the dish and bake". Ding ding ding! Labels: Julia Child pork roast pg 380. We have a winner!

http://feedingthefinicky.blogspot.com/2010/01/last-minute-cancellation.html

Feeding The Finicky: Recipes for Kids. Wednesday, January 13, 2010. A Last Minute Cancellation. Little One spotted the parsley, just innocently sitting on the counter. "I don't like that! That's why I wouldn't eat the mashed potatoes. Had THAT sprinkled on it. BLECK! Of course, this was followed by Older One, "Are those onions? Mommy, are you sure? Won't that hurt my tummy? I don't feel like mushrooms! Can we add something else? 1 stick of butter, divided. 4 tablespoons chopped fresh Italian parsley.

Feeding the Fervent Heart. A place for recipes with devotionals and an occasional workout. Tuesday, September 11, 2012. I once was lost. You see, growing up and even now (especially while I was teaching - big time while I was teaching) when I would ask the question, "Have you ever received Christ as your personal Lord and Savior? The response was the same. "Oh ya, I mean, do you know all the good things I have done in my life? Galatians 2:21 Did you hear that? If you need guidance or help with understand...
