Tuesday, April 30, 2013. 1/2 Cup Minced Shallot. 2 Cloves Minced Garlic. 1/4 Cup Dry White Wine. 1 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese. 1/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 2 Tbsp. Butter. Cook bacon until crispy and then rough chop. Save 3-4 Tbsp. bacon grease. Cook pasta in salted water for 12 minutes or until al dente. Add minced garlic and saute for one minute. Add white wine and reduce for one to two minutes. Stir in butter and turn off heat.

Salt and Pepper to Taste. 2/3 Cup Grated Parmesan. 6 oz Cream Cheese. 1/2 cup Finely Chopped Fresh Sage. 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Clean mushrooms, remove stems. Mince the stems and set aside. In a separate bowl, mix with 1/3 cup of Panko and 1/3 cup of Parmesan.
