In just a few short weeks, it’s become a staple side dish in our family. It’s easy and tastes wonderful! Delicious Mac and Cheese. 8 oz elbow macaroni. 15 oz small curd cottage cheese. 8 oz sour cream. 2 cups shredded sharp. 2-3 toasted slices of bread for the crumb topping or the equivalent plain bread crumbs.
