From: A family fest. 5 skin-on Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced. 2 scallions diced (both green and white parts). 189; cup diced sweet onion such as Vidalia. 1 medium jalapeno, seeded and finely diced. 1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro. Juice of one lime. 189; teaspoon garlic powder. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate in a covered container and let sit for one hour to allow flavors to blend. Sunday, May 11, 2014. 1 lb Italian sausage. 1 lb grass-fed ground beef. 1 onion, chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 189; cup mushrooms, chopped. 1 head of cauliflower, riced. 2 tablespoons tomato paste. 1 teaspoon sea salt. 189; teaspoon pepper. 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. 2 Clean and remove tops of the bell peppers, removing internal membrane. 3 Brown sausage and beef in a large pan over medium heat adding salt and pepper then remove and set aside. 5 Mix in cauliflower and sauté for about 3 minutes.
