Everyone got a long well and had a great time! I (Mindi) was truly considering bringing home the dog Lucy is holding, but I realized that this may not be the year for any extra responsibilities! Do not be a...

http://pifespeek.blogspot.com/2009_01_01_archive.html
A peek into the daily life of the Pifer family. May this help us to always remember the daily joy, love and laughter (and sometimes frustration) that these little blessings bring to our life, and to hold on to these precious days that are passing too quickly. http://alaskawolfs.blogspot.com/2012/05/new-haircut.html
Monday, May 7, 2012. My little girl is growing up! She decided she wanted a haircut. I was very resistant because I love doing her hair. Matt was all for it, easier to take care of. I also thought it was a phase that she would outgrown. She continued to be persistant, so I made us both appointments. A before . . .. Sitting still, "like a statue! Enjoying her first professional shampoo! She sat so still for her haircut! A perfect little statue. Stephen was great all morning! Enough pictures, Mom!

Adventures of the Wolfs in Alaska: The Tents
http://alaskawolfs.blogspot.com/2012/05/tents.html
Monday, May 7, 2012. April 21, 2012 . . . a beautiful Saturday to go on a hike! We met another family for a hike at a place called "The Tents." The official name is Kasha-Katuwe Rocks National Park. The park was about an hour away. We hiked down a normal trail that led to a slot canyon. I have never hiked a slot canyon before, but it was so cool! In the picture below, the bluff on the left was our destination! I had some doubts initially, but once we were all the way at the top it was so worth the effort.

FINDING JOY IN LIFE'S EVERY DAY MOMENTS. Tuesday, January 31, 2012. Ben and I went to Claire's preschool for an "experiential evening" in her classroom. It was so cute to see her in her element! We have been so happy with Kirkmont Preschool and are thankful for the loving women that have invested in Claire's life. One of Claire's preschool teachers, Mrs. Murray. Ben took this picture of Claire's snowman hanging from the ceiling. Claire LOVES doing crafts and they sure do a lot of crafts at preschool!
