Fibromyalgia in 365 Days. Walking Thru the Pain. May 13, 2015. They can’t see me. This is how it has to be. No one knows I’m here but you. So silently suffer thru. Screaming from the inside out. Moving around inside you no doubt. I’m here when you begin your day. I like it in here so I will stay. No one can understand how you feel. They don’t even believe I am real. I won’t affect the way you appear. Even when your loved ones are very near. You will have me in your life. Get use to spending time with me.

Plus it’s exercise! I write this to let other fibros know that there is hope, you can get better. I know this because I did, I’m living proof. Not perfect, but better. May 13, 2015. Sleep is one of my favorite things to do and I can’t possibly be the only Fibro that feels this way! If I get more sleep I’m even better! Then, short naps (or rests) during the day really helps. If I had a regular job I understand this could be near impossible to do BUT I’m blessed I am able to stay home and home school our 12 yr old (until next year anyways! Apr 18, 2015. Apr 21, 2015.
