During the next few months, we will have a few Fiddlejam events to play at:. 1 On Saturday, June 4. 2 If you happen to be in Kelowna on June 4. There is a BC Provincial Fiddle contest. This contest will establish the champion fiddlers in BC. 3 This summer, there will be some events to play at, starting on Sunday, July 3. Fiddlejam musicians generally play by ear and all tunes are taught by ear. Often musicians will bring a tape recorder to help them remember the new tune. Branch 18 and Fiddlejam hold a Contra / Old Time dance at the Merville Hall generally on the third Saturday of the month from September to April.
