Training Fireballs: July 2009
http://fireballtrainer.blogspot.com/2009_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 30, 2009. Watching the Mariners (and Thing 3) is a Treat! Tuesday night we went to the Mariners-Blue Jays game. My brother and my cousin were here visiting, and my cousin had never been to a MLB game before, so off we went. And let me tell you, the M's did not disappoint. Bottom of the 9th, bases loaded, tie ball game, Ichiro base hit to center for the win. My oh my! Here's a picture my cousin took of that hit:. And every time they finished their chants of "Let's go Blue Jays! View my comp...

Training Fireballs: Thing 3 is still getting his groove on
http://fireballtrainer.blogspot.com/2010/05/thing-3-is-still-getting-his-groove-on.html
Thursday, May 13, 2010. Thing 3 is still getting his groove on. Last week my sister got married! More pictures from that to come, but until then here are some clips of Thing 3 dancing at the wedding. He danced the whole time the music played. Unfortunately, he was usually in the middle of a crowd, so it was tough to film him (Thanks Flocky for the footage). I wish we had gotten some of the air guitar, but we can't have everything. Thank you for sharing this wonderful article. Keep posting.

Training Fireballs: March 2010
http://fireballtrainer.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 25, 2010. A Daddy - Daughter Outing. My dad called me last week with a surprise - he was going to some of the first and second round NCAA men's basketball games in San Jose, and wanted to know if I wanted to go with him. Um, yes please! Notes from San Jose:. Four games in one day is not too much. No matter how great nachos look, they're not worth $6.50. You could tell which fans were which whether they were wearing their school colors or not. All Montana fans had cowboy hats. New ...There...

Gardner Villa: February 2011

Monday, February 28, 2011. Honeybob has one more year until he starts counting backwards. His request for a good party:. Hot fudge brownie sundaes. And a whole lotta sass! Thursday, February 10, 2011. I have a 12, almost 13 year old lifesaver. She's kind and giving. She's always willing to help me out with Apollo. This week I've had something going on every night. Sarah has been quick to step right in and take care of things. I feel bad because she hasn't had much of a break. And she hasn't complained.

Iron Girl Seattle 2011. Thursday, October 27, 2011. About 15 months ago my friend LaRee challenged me to run the Iron Girl Seattle 5k. Neither of us were runners but I felt up to the challenge and we had a blast running it last September 2010. So this year I payed the challenge to my friend Monica who agreed and asked if we could have our daughters join us. We did some training runs together and come race day we were all ready to go! Click on any photos to view larger. The next morning we were ready to g...

Gardner Villa: November 2011
http://dianagardner.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html
Wednesday, November 23, 2011. I have so much to be grateful for and being Thanksgiving tomorrow, I thought I'd name a few of my blessings (in no particular order):. Healthy, able body. 3 beautiful, talented and healthy children. Handsome Honeybob who is my best friend and supports me in all I do. Loving parents who taught me how to work hard and give service. 10 amazing siblings along with their spouses and children. Good friends (Some of which who are like family. You know who you are.). Aug 5, 2013.

Gardner Villa: Iron Girl Seattle
http://dianagardner.blogspot.com/2010/09/iron-girl-seattle.html
Tuesday, September 21, 2010. At the beginning of summer a good friend of mine twisted my arm off and said she wouldn't give it back unless I agreed to run the Iron Girl Seattle 5k. Race with her. Realizing how useless I would be without my arm, I agreed. So we both started our training using an amazing app called C25K (couch to 5k). Whenever we HAD to run the mile for fitness in junior high, I would always have to stop and walk for parts of it because of side aches. I hated it! My finishing time was 32:19.

Training Fireballs: August 2009
http://fireballtrainer.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 27, 2009. What is up with the middle-aged-to-old women and locker rooms? In my mind, I was pleading with her to stop stalling and get dressed already. I wanted to run to all the children and cover their eyes. To quote Bridget Jones, we don't want to be seeing your wobbly bits, lady. And half the time they're dealing with wet suits. All they need is a water jug and a towel, and in two minutes they've had a shower, they're dressed and ready for work, and no flashing. No wobbly bits. Songs ...
