Forty Plus and Fit! Monday, August 22, 2011. Good Monday morning everyone! During my competition preparation I was not able to be here as much as I would have liked because my schedule was so tight. It's a joy to me to have more time now and share with you what I am doing in hopes that I can continue to encourage and motivate others. Is so that I can stay accountable. Today was leg day, my favorite! 4 x 15 narrow stance leg press. 4 x 15 leg extensions. 4 x 15 wide stance leg press. 4 x 10 leg curls.

November 1, 2011. Fortunately for me I’ve had some wonderful people around me to provide the appropriate levels of ’foot application to gluteals’. I’m glad I didn’t quit because it has been so worthwhile and my novice season has been an amazing success. All of you who are still competing – good luck! You’re phenomenal – I don’t know how you keep going for so long! I’ve done a total of 15 weeks and 3 comps and it wiped me out! How could I not?
